This Year’s Event Focus
Building Bridges in YEG is the launch of an Evidence-Based Policing Conference that will draw attendees from post-secondary institutions, police agencies and other organizations parties from across Canada. By being part of this great event, you can help ensure that we raise the bar on evidence-based policing initiatives in Canada.
We invite you to showcase your innovative, evidence-based research with actionable outcomes at Canada’s premier in-person evidence-based policing conference, Building Bridges in YEG. Presented by the Canadian Society of Evidence-Based Policing (CANSEBP) and supported by multiple provincial and municipal police services, this conference provides a unique platform to engage with forward-thinking police personnel, academics, and key stakeholders.
This year’s conference promises to be bigger and bolder, featuring an expanded venue to accommodate 400 attendees. Whether you are submitting research on new policing practices, technological innovations, or other key topics, you are welcome to submit multiple entries across different streams.
The call for proposals to speak to evidence-based policing within a range of applications is now closed.
